Bobby Drummond was on hand to conduct an in-depth service seminar which provided an excellent
service overview on Maytag equipment and the opportunity to answer any customer service questions.
Our service technicians were also available during the day to answer any specific service questions
on a one-on-one basis.

There were many opportunities for our customers to win valuable prizes as part of this event.
Our E-Mail Address drawing for a $100 Parts Credit was won by Steve Melillo (of Melillo Coin
Laundry in Du Bois, PA). Our contest for a free New Coin Laundry Association Membership was won
by Tom Yum (of Best Car Wash & Laundromat in Wilmington, DE). Equipment Marketers is proud to
announce James Hedden (of West Gate Laundry in Bethlehem, PA) the winner of our Grand Prize drawing
for a new Maytag High-Efficiency Washer.

During the day's many festivities, Steve Banko of Allentown, PA, was honored for opening his second
coin store, the largest all-Maytag Laundry in the state of Pennsylvania. Even without any Grand Opening
the store became an instant success after the second week of operation. The store features virtually
every coin-operated washer and dryer in the Maytag line; it can wash/dry 432 loads (4,320 lbs.) of laundry
at one time. It also features the world's first installation of the new Maytag 45lb. stack dryers. Within
the next month, two OPL 50lb. washers and two 35lb. soft-mount washers will initiate a special drop off
service to offer pickup and drop off service for neighboring schools and businesses. In addition, the
laundry uses Maytag's Accu Trac® advanced data management and auditing software which compiles specific
machine and cycle information into accurate, easy-to-read reports to monitor all aspects of machine
activity from service needs to collection shortages to percentage usage of enhanced vend price cycles
(including Super Cycles).
