CHERRY HILL, NJ - The Maytag Repairman, Clay Jackson, will be appearing at a Trade Show in Cherry Hill, NJ to sign autographs and pose for pictures with attendees on Thursday, May 1st, 2008. The new Maytag Repairman was chosen last April from over 1,500 people after an extensive, nation-wide search to find the new face to portray the forty-year old brand icon.

Equipment Marketers, the exclusive Maytag commercial laundry equipment distributor in the tri-state area, will be hosting the Maytag Repairman at the company's Spring 2008 Trade Show and Service Seminar held at Equipment Marketers' headquarters in Cherry Hill. The day will feature special sale prices on all Maytag commercial laundry equipment and parts, a Free Service Seminar for attendees to learn how to maintain their own laundry equipment, and a free continental breakfast and buffet lunch. Attendees will be able to meet the Maytag Repairman, receive a signed photograph and pose for pictures with him. Equipment Marketers will also be raffling off two high-efficiency washing machines to two lucky attendees. The first drawing will be in the morning and the second will be in the afternoon.

The Trade Show and Service Seminar will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and a deposit of $25.00 per person is required to secure registration for the service seminar. Registration will be $35.00 at the door. The Maytag Repairman will be signing autographs and posing for pictures between the hours of 10:30 - 1:30 a.m. and 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
